Others keep the association working: the roster already includes a web manager, an IT specialist, a graphic designer and a photographer. Advocacy needs people too, for awareness sessions in communities and for meetings with councils and ministries.<\/p><!-- \/.volunteer-details__background__text -->\r\n                        <\/div><!-- \/.volunteer-details__background__content__inner -->\r\n                    <\/div><!-- \/.volunteer-details__background__content -->\r\n                                    <div class=\"volunteer-details__background__content wow fadeInUp\" data-wow-duration=\"1500ms\" data-wow-delay=\"00ms\">\r\n                        <h5 class=\"volunteer-details__background__title\">\r\n                            Who we are looking for <span class=\"volunteer-details__background__year\">Blind, partially sighted and sighted<\/span>\r\n                        <\/h5><!-- \/.volunteer-details__background__title -->\r\n                        <div class=\"volunteer-details__background__content__inner\">\r\n                            <p class=\"volunteer-details__background__text\">CAMAB&rsquo;s constitution commits the association to no discrimination on age, race, disability or religion, and volunteering follows the same rule. Blind and partially sighted volunteers bring skills a learner can measure herself against. Sighted volunteers bring skills CAMAB does not yet hold in-house. Both are needed, and neither is a guest.<\/p><!-- \/.volunteer-details__background__text -->\r\n                        <\/div><!-- \/.volunteer-details__background__content__inner -->\r\n                    <\/div><!-- \/.volunteer-details__background__content -->\r\n                                    <div class=\"volunteer-details__background__content wow fadeInUp\" data-wow-duration=\"1500ms\" data-wow-delay=\"00ms\">\r\n                        <h5 class=\"volunteer-details__background__title\">\r\n                            What to expect <span class=\"volunteer-details__background__year\">A working association, not a showcase<\/span>\r\n                        <\/h5><!-- \/.volunteer-details__background__title -->\r\n                        <div class=\"volunteer-details__background__content__inner\">\r\n                            <p class=\"volunteer-details__background__text\">You will work alongside an association whose officers are blind and partially sighted women, and whose president must be one, by its own constitution. Sessions are small and practical. The centre began teaching with a single apprentice in April 2026, and that is still the scale.
